Innovation Project Manager

Outlined requirements and tasks for successful performance:

  • Work with the internal product R&D teams and manage delivery projects using the Agile methodology.

  • Facilitate planning, communication, and tracking progress for portfolio of projects, to ensure deadlines are met and key roles are held accountable.

  • Setup and maintain project management infrastructure and establish operations framework.

  • Work closely with the Sales & Grant teams to shape and successfully win new projects.

  • Onboard new customers, partners, and grants

  • Coordinate external customers and partners and internal team projectcommunication.

  • Report regularly on project and grant deliverables, budget, utilization,timelines. Provide visibility to the client support team and leadership teamthrough weekly status updates and project timelines.

  • Work with the client support team and leadership team to protect andempower the delivery team to operate in a creative environment by following good agile practices.

  • Set, follow, and control software delivery KPIs - quality, process and budget- related.

  • Assist with training, billing, and overall client satisfaction.

  • Provide visibility to the senior management over progress and quality ofdelivery.

  1. Specific criteria and competencies sought in candidates:

  • Professional user of modern project management tools, and ideally have experience git version control platform.

  • Have extensive experience on InnovateUK and European Funding projects management processes.

  • 2+ years of Project Management or other related experience in technology development.

  • Knowledge and experience with Robotics or Virtual Reality would be strong advantages.

  • Industry certifications in Project Management and Agile would be strong advantages.

  • A team player who effectively integrates, motivates, and builds relationships with cross-functional team members (local or remote), sponsors, key stakeholders, executives, and other individuals affected by the project.

  • Demonstrating the ability to plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. This includes developing and managing project governance plans, project schedules, team goals and success criteria, project milestones.

  • Ability to challenge, recommend and redirect teams as well as client expectations as necessary for successful program and project delivery.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills with team members andaudiences of all levels

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects/customers.

  • Ability to take ownership, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Results-oriented, prioritizes work activities, plans and stays organized inorder to meet commitments.

  • Possess a strong business acumen.
